So bro get rid of the 40's, I suggest the 50 series flowmasters or 4x9x14 magnaflow, they should both fit and sound really nice. With that big of muffs you will still have some sound but now you have extra heat in the cab. The only problem you will have with the two are the ground clearance issue and if they will fit side by side especially with the 5x11x22 without mods. If you want something quieter just go with a 70 series flowmaster and a maganaflow 5x11x22 would be the quitest, then they have 5x8x18. They both were moderate when idle but loud when you punched em and thats what I like. I had the magnaflow 4x9x14 ovals true dual on my 67 deville and they were just like my flowmater 50 series on my chevelle.
